Methodology of the Grammatical Analysis of the Glorious Qur’ān

The paper speaks in detail about the technical concepts of i’rāb, and traces its historical background with its rich heritage. The study has proved that there should be a scientific methodology to be relied upon in the grammatical analysis of words, sentences and phrases, and also in morphological analysis.

The paper then deals with the different styles of analysis, its history, the books written on this topic and their methodologies.

He then speaks about the necessity to follow the methodology of the Basri School and its terminologies as these are more prevalent in the ancient books of reference.

The paper is guidebook to the grammatical analysis of the Glorious Qur’ān.
